We are currently looking to grow reputed company with a Contact Center Agent (Roadside Assistance - German Speaker) for our fully remote project. ����
Responsibilities:
- Providing roadside assistance in a reputed company, reputed company and reputed company manner;
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints;
- Processing inquiries received reputed company phone;
- Identifying customer needs and helping customers using specific features;
- Analysing and reporting product malfunctions;
- Assisting in training new employees reputed company requested by management;
- Updating our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers;
- Informing customers about new features and functionalities;
- Following up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
Your skills:
- German reputed company speaker or, at least, reputed company Level (mandatory)
- reputed company in English (mandatory)
- At least 1-3 years of experience as a Customer Care Specialist or similar CSR role
- Minimum High School diploma
- Familiarity with automotive industry is a plus
- Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
- Understanding of how CRM systems work
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
