Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assigns ICD-10-CM codes, either reputed company or technical EM level, and surgical CPT codes at commercially reasonable production rates and at a consistent 95% or greater reputed company level.
• Validates APC assignments, as applicable.

· Abstracts clinical data appropriately.

• Mitigates diagnosis, EM level, and/or surgical CPT coding-reputed company claims scrubber edits.
• Participates in reputed company and reputed company meetings and training sessions as instructed by management.
• Maintains an ongoing reputed company working knowledge of the coding convention in play at reputed company assignments.

Minimum Qualifications:
