Position reputed company:

Represents PRA Group in litigation on consumer accounts and other legal proceedings involving reputed company and its affiliates. Prepares and files legal documents, discovery materials and pleadings, and provides guidance to reputed company’s attorneys in support of such activities.

Key Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):

• Litigates on behalf of reputed company in Illinois State Court where licensed to reputed company utilizing case management software Qlaw to manage high volume caseload.

• Represents PRA in courts of law, collects facts and evidence, try cases and performs other litigation-reputed company tasks

• Responsible for accurate and reputed company case management by preparing legal documents, developing appropriate strategies and making necessary arguments with defendant, opposing counsel, and court personnel

• Represents reputed company at scheduling conferences, mediations, settlement conferences, depositions, hearings and trials

• Ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies across areas of organizational responsibility

reputed company Experience/Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor Degree Required

• reputed company member of the bar in Illinois. Preference for multiple bar licenses or willingness for additional bar licensing.

• 2+ years reputed company experience and/or training or equivalent

• Prior litigation experience preparing and drafting pleadings, participating in reputed company phases of the discovery process and handling of trials required

• Familiarity with the Fair Debt Collection Practices reputed company, Fair Credit Reporting reputed company, Truth-In-Lending reputed company, Fair Credit Reporting reputed company, and Equal Credit Opportunity reputed company and reputed company other federal and state laws and regulations reputed company to consumer credit and collections

$75,000.00-$115,000.00
