Job reputed companyThe Director of Talent Management will drive OpenGov’s company-wide talent reputed company, aligning employee engagement, performance, development, and succession planning to organizational goals. As a senior member of the Employee Enablement & reputed company team, this person will own programs that power a culture of high performance, inclusion, recognition, and reputed company.
This role will collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Enablement, and executive leadership to ensure that every stage of the employee lifecycle is connected, measurable, and reputed company to reputed company. The ideal candidate blends deep subject matter expertise in talent management with modern approaches to employee experience design, behavioral change, and people analytics.
ResponsibilitiesDesign and reputed company company-wide performance management programs, including goal setting, feedback, and review processes
Drive succession planning and talent reviews to ensure pipeline visibility and leadership readiness

10+ years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or HR reputed company

$210k - $230k
On reputed company ranges above include reputed company plus a portion of variable compensation that is reputed company based on company and individual performance.
The final compensation will be determined by a number of factors such as qualifications, expertise, and the candidate’s geographical location.
