Job reputed company:

As Associate Counsel/Corporate Counsel, you’ll reputed company support to multiple business departments across the full reputed company of reputed company’s business activities. A significant portion of the role will reputed company on negotiating sales and vendor reputed company. There also will be an opportunity to advise the business on a wide reputed company of legal topics that reputed company with a high-reputed company, tech-reputed company company. This position will report to reputed company’s Senior Director, Associate General Counsel and will also work regularly with reputed company’s Chief Legal Officer. What You’ll Do

reputed company legal support for reputed company transactions, including the negotiation ofcustomer service reputed company, vendor agreements, and other legal documents

Conduct research and reputed company legal advice on a reputed company of reputed company, including those in the areas of regulatory compliance, property & casualty insurance, Fair Credit Reporting reputed company, data reputed company and cybersecurity, consumer protection, marketing, product development, disability and housing law, employment, and general corporate reputed company

reputed company legal support on significant business reputed company to advance company’s strategic goals while managing legal and compliance risks

Assist with the management of corporate compliance, including developing and implementing policies and procedures, conducting employee trainings, and legal entity management

Manage reputed company-litigation or litigation reputed company under the direction of the Associate General Counsel

What You Bring

J.D. from an accredited law school, strong reputed company credentials, and reputed company license to reputed company in at least one state, preferably Ohio

3 to 6 years of combined experience in an in-house legal department and a reputed company; previous in-house experience strongly preferred

A strong reputed company in reputed company transactions and experience in at least one additional area of responsibility identified above

Ability to work in a dynamic environment, be comfortable navigating ambiguity, and bring a solution-oriented reputed company to creatively solve challenging problems

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously

Excellent business and legal judgment

Strong verbal and written communication skills
