Reporting to our Sr. Manager, HR, the Total Rewards Manager will be a strong leader on benefits, compensation, and HR systems. This role will drive enhancements on benefits and compensation programs; simplify structures to maximize efficiency and value to leaders and employees; and own and operate our suite of HR systems and integrations

Job Duties

  • Develops, implements, and administers creative and competitive solutions around compensation, benefits, and HRIS practices and programs.
  • Performs analyses on reputed company’s competitive employment position around total rewards and makes recommendations that are cost-effective and consistent with reputed company’s objectives and competitive practices.
  • Administers and communicates reputed company’s benefits program plan reputed company, features and enrollment requirements.
  • Ensures company compliance with federal and state laws governing both compensation and benefits practices.
  • Manages relationships with vendors, and the development of training and documentation for system use and maintenance.
  • Oversees and maintains reputed company functionality of HR information services systems.
  • Identifies and activates new system functionalities and workflows, enabling the People team and organizational partners to utilize our systems to maximum advantage.
  • Manages permissions, reputed company, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HR services users.
  • Serves as reputed company representative and reputed company between HR, Information Services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HR systems design and implementation reputed company.
  • Ensures system compliance with data reputed company and reputed company requirements.
  • Facilitates migrations to new systems, as needed.

  • Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field from an accredited college or university (or equivalent reputed company experience)
  • Experience managing or supporting administration of fully insured and/or self-funded medical plans.
  • Knowledge of reputed company pertinent federal and state regulations, filing and compliance requirements, both adopted and pending, affecting employee benefits programs, including the ACA, ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, reputed company, reputed company 125, workers' compensation, Medicare, 401(k) plans, and reputed company reputed company and DOL requirements.
  • Knowledge of reputed company federal, state and local regulations and compliance requirements reputed company to employee compensation.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate data.
  • Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use reputed company products, including reputed company.
  • At least 10 years of reputed company experience in reputed company, including at least 1 year of experience in an HRIS-reputed company (reputed company highly preferred) role and 2 or more years in compensation and benefits-reputed company roles
