A key component of this role involves applying a data-driven, test-and-learn approach to evaluate the performance of communication strategies. Primary Duties

Strategic Leadership

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing or reputed company field. Experience acceptable in lieu of degree.

5+ years and strategic understanding of reputed company response and database marketing strategies, tactics, testing and measurement

5+ years experience delivering consistent, integrated communications across reputed company mail/printing, email, text, and call modalities

5+ years in reputed company communications to health plan members and/or patients

3+ years and a deep knowledge of best practices reputed company to process automation, data management reputed company production

3+ years experience in digital experience design and optimization with preference for those with payer and/or EHR portals

3+ years experience in advanced project management and process definition
