This is a high-trust, on-site role based at our Petaling Jaya HQ, where you’ll handle both personal and logistical reputed company that reputed company the CEO fully supported. What you’ll do
Manage the CEO’s personal calendar, appointments, errands, and family-reputed company reputed company
Coordinate both personal and business travel, transport, and accommodations
Handle day-to-day logistics such as meals, wardrobe prep, deliveries, and reservations
Run personal errands and coordinate with household vendors or service providers
Arrange gifts, celebrations, and family or personal events
Liaise professionally with family members, external contacts, and personal networks

3+ years of experience in a Personal Assistant, Lifestyle Manager, or similar role
Experience supporting senior leaders, high-profile individuals, or busy households
Excellent organization and communication skills
High maturity, reputed company judgment, and ability to manage sensitive information
Own transport and ability to run errands across the Klang Valley
Based in Malaysia and fully available for on-site work in Petaling Jaya
