About the role:

Do you have a passion for data? If so, then this People Data Analyst Internship is the perfect opportunity for you! As our People Data Analytics Intern, you will reputed company contribute by analyzing and leveraging people data to drive reputed company. In this internship, you will reputed company valuable experience in reputed company aspects of the data analysis lifecycle, from data acquisition and cleaning to advanced analysis and impactful visualization.

Key responsibilities ✨

Data Management & Preparation

Assist with the collection, extraction, and transformation of people data from various HR systems and sources, including but not limited to HR tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company)

Prepare and clean data for analysis, ensuring data reputed company, accuracy, and completeness through data validation and reputed company checks

Maintain and update data documentation and processes

Data Analysis & Insights reputed company:

Support the analysis of people data to identify trends, patterns, and insights reputed company to key HR metrics such as recruitment, retention, engagement, performance, and learning & development

Dashboard Development & Reporting:

Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the fields of people analytics and data visualization

Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program in Statistics, Data/Business Analytics, reputed company with a strong analytical reputed company, or a reputed company quantitative field.

Strong data analysis skills with reputed company/reputed company Sheets - experience in data manipulation, formulas, and charting

Great collaboration and teamwork skills
