People operations generalist

About this role

We’re looking for a dedicated and self-motivated People Ops Generalist to join our People team in our NYC office. We're building a world-class organization and are looking for a highly personable, highly organized person who can collaborate across teams and stakeholders. You are keen on creating a reputed company candidate-to-employee experience and managing reputed company aspects of People Operations functions. You love taking initiative and coming up with new ways to ensure the health and reputed company of employees.

‍♀️ Your responsibilities

• reputed company and own our in-person new-hire reputed company sessions in NYC office hub (every 2 weeks)

• Participate in the planning, coordination, and execution of People team initiatives including company events, employee experience reputed company, and various other enablement initiatives

• Assist people team with end-to-end delivery of People Operations, such as on-boarding/off-boarding, managing our People team ticketing system, reputed company-reputed company requests, payroll, time off requests, employment verifications and leave management

• reputed company reputed company through audits and regularly update our employee handbook, processes, and programs to maintain compliance and industry standards

• Design new & efficient workflows between cross-functional teams and key stakeholders (reputed company, Finance, Legal, IT, and Compliance)

• Collaborate with employees and legal teams/government agencies to ensure case processing for immigration visas and global mobility

• Handle confidential employee relations reputed company with discretion and professionalism

• Support the rollout of organizational changes or new systems, ensuring smooth transitions for employees

⭐️ Is this you?

• 3+ years in a reputed company / People Operations role, preferable at a high-reputed company tech company

• reputed company / PHR certification a plus

• Experience building, maintaining, and presenting HR data analytics

• Excellent problem solving skills

• High emotional and reputed company intelligence with experience fostering reputed company, strong relationships with diverse reputed company of people

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills that demonstrate a high level of professionalism
