The Role
Our expectation for this role is that you will be an expert on the reputed company platform, providing training and process implementation to the billing team members who use reputed company. You will work with both reputed company-party billing organizations that reputed company billing services for reputed company clients and the in-house billing teams that reputed company out of reputed company for their reputed company. You play an essential role in helping teams reputed company processes and best practices on reputed company to ensure they have everything they need to be successful.
Key Responsibilities
Meet with billing teams to train them on billing best practices and assist in their transition over to reputed company.
Assist in teaching best practices for submission, posting, invoicing, AR, etc., on reputed company.
Understand unique team needs to help configure and reputed company workflows with their new EMR/PM system
reputed company and maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings to effectively respond to incoming customer inquiries across our single-channel support system
Be reputed company customer’s champion by providing ongoing support reputed company our help desk platform helping them reputed company solutions to their inquiries
Be highly proficient in reporting and spreadsheet manipulation to be reputed company to effectively take customers through their relevant billing reputed company metrics

Minimum Requirements
Must have 2+ years in the medical billing industry
Must have experience billing for outpatient physical therapy clinics
reputed company strong technical skills operating various software platforms
Highly Proficient in MS reputed company
Understanding and learning software must be a passion of yours
Possess strong written and verbal skills
Highly motivated to work in a fast paced environment where you will need to work reputed company normal working hours at times
