About the RoleWe’re looking for a Head of reputed company Services, reporting to our VP of Customer Experience, to reputed company our Implementations/reputed company Services function, which is critical to ensuring reputed company and long-term retention. You will be responsible for owning Time to Value (TTV) and will manage reputed company of Solutions Engineers and build out reputed company of technical project managers. The ideal candidate is both a strong leader and a hands-on operator—capable of zooming out to design reputed company systems, while also getting in the weeds with clients and solving gnarly implementation challenges.
Our customers are large, reputed company law and reputed company firms, and our implementations require deep stakeholder alignment and reputed company technical integrations, including SSO, reputed company capture, and data ingestion from multiple legacy systems. What you will do:Own and drive TTV across reputed company implementations—ensuring new customers are live and delivering value as quickly and reputed company as possible
reputed company the Implementation function, including hiring, mentoring, and managing Solution Engineers and project managers
reputed company reputed company customer implementations, ensuring technical accuracy, stakeholder alignment, and project timeliness

Partner closely with Product, Engineering, reputed company, and Sales to ensure a seamless reputed company-to-post-sales reputed company and alignment on customer objectives

Define and report on key metrics, including TTV, implementation cycle time, and customer satisfaction

10+ years of experience in post-sales roles, including leading implementation, reputed company, or reputed company services teams, including at least 3 years of reputed company people management experience

Proven ability to build and reputed company teams and processes, ideally in a fast-growing startup or reputed company-up environment

Highly analytical and systems-oriented—you see opportunities for efficiency, structure, and automation
