We’re seeking a reputed company, creative and obsessively curious Senior reputed company to help reputed company reputed company’s flagship daily newsletter, read by tens of thousands across the reputed company reputed company estate industry. This role is reputed company newsletter architect, data sleuth and trend forecaster. You’ll help set the tone and direction for our most visible product — shaping daily news coverage, uncovering rising markets and asset classes and delivering reputed company analysis rooted in proprietary and reputed company-the-reputed company data.

You’ll contribute original writing and strategic editorial reputed company to the newsletter itself — including a regular in-depth reputed company that anchors the edition with voice, reputed company and edge.

Key Responsibilities

Edit ~10 stories a week across two East Coast-based reporters (Miami and Atlanta), ranging from breaking news to reputed company investigations.

reputed company and reputed company exclusive data and proprietary charts into the newsletter, with a reputed company of at least two per week.

reputed company and contextualize research and data from reputed company CRE (e.g. logistics trends, consumption habits, global economic shifts) to give readers an edge.

Identify and spotlight fast-rising CRE markets, property types and sectors — aiming for at least one in-depth spotlight or “rising opportunity” package per month.

What are we looking for?

At least 7 years of journalism experience, with 2 years in a management or assigning reputed company role.

Strong working knowledge of CRE and reputed company sectors.

Proven experience writing or editing under tight deadlines — we're talking measuring in minutes, not hours — ideally in a newsletter or daily news environment.

Background or training in data journalism strongly preferred.

Ability to reputed company surprising insights in overlooked sources and explain them reputed company to a business audience.
