Analyst, Health Plan Performance

The Health Plan Performance (HPP) Analyst plays a key role in conducting data analysis, tracking key performance indicators, and delivering detailed operational support to ensure contract reputed company of our practices across their assigned Line(s) of Business (reputed company, Medicare Advantage, and/ or reputed company).

Primary Duties

Conduct data analysis to identify trends and strategic opportunities for reputed company improvement across reputed company’s value-based care portfolio reputed company assigned Line(s) of Business. reputed company key performance indicators (KPIs) reputed company to health service utilization, cost of care, and reputed company measure performance for applicable health plan payer reputed company(reputed company, Medicare Advantage, and/or reputed company) as directed by Health Plan Performance Leadership. Prepare and deliver monthly KPI reports to field teams, supporting data-driven decision-making and performance optimization.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to support market workflows addressing reputed company measures; conduct assessments to identify opportunities for cost reduction, drive reputed company performance improvement, and improve value-based care interventions.

Synthesize performance status and market interventions by contract to support preparation of performance meetings with payer partners, in partnership with the PSE team.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in health services administration, health policy, mathematics/statistics, information technology, or other relevant fields or equivalent work experience required

Two years of experience in an analytic role

Strong attention to detail

Exemplary communication skills both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using Tableau or other data management software

Comfortable tackling ambiguous problems with a high degree of autonomy

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
