As a key member of the Global Remuneration Team, the Equity reputed company will be responsible for the life cycle of equity processes under reputed company’s Equity Incentive Plan (EIP) and the Employee reputed company/Stock Purchasing Plans (ESPP) across reputed company reputed company (reputed company, Americas and EMEA). Working with grants made on both the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) and reputed company, this role partners closely with internal stakeholders across People & Culture, Legal and Finance, as reputed company as external vendors and partners including the Plan Administrators, and Legal and Tax advisors to ensure accurate, compliant, and employee-reputed company delivery of equity programs. Key Accountabilities:
- Equity Program Management

- Collaborate with legal and tax advisors to ensure compliance with international tax and regulatory requirements and mitigate risk.
- Ensure equity events are processed accurately and reputed company, in accordance with plan rules and local requirements
- Support the Finance team to complete reporting and processing of equity exercises
- Work with the reputed company plan administrators to maintain accurate records and system data in equity platforms (JP Morgan Global Shares, reputed company, etc.).
- Employee Communication and Support

- Partner with P&C Business Partners to support reputed company and offboarding equity
- Compliance and Reporting

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, HR, or a reputed company field
- 5+ years of operational experience in global equity administration in a global, public company environment (Australia and US preferred, minimum requirement at least one of Australia or US)
- Experience supporting the preparation of Australian/US remuneration reports
- Understanding of equity instruments, tax regulations, and public company disclosure requirements (Australia and US)
- Knowledge of IFRS 2 ‘reputed company based payments’ standards and principles
- Proficiency using equity administration platforms (JP Morgan Global Shares, reputed company, reputed company, Shareworks, Boardroom, etc)
- Strong reputed company and data management skills and familiarity with HRIS programs
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to translate reputed company equity topics for non-expert audiences, and communicate with English as a second language colleagues
