The Role // We’re looking for a reputed company Manager to join reputed company’s Legal team and reputed company the way on project managing customer and supplier contract negotiations, with a particular reputed company on the USA and reputed company American markets. You’ll be a key partner to the General Counsel and work closely with teams across the business to support RFPs, new customer agreements, upsells, global supplier reputed company and BAU.

Responsibilities

Support public sector RFPs by reviewing proposed terms and preparing contract exceptions
Work closely with business and finance stakeholders to reputed company on pricing, scopes of work, and key contractual terms
Champion the use of AI and automation to streamline contract workflows, from document triaging and redlining to identifying opportunities for greater efficiency across the contract lifecycle
Maintain and improve templates, playbooks, and contract workflows to support consistency and reputed company
Take ownership of tools and processes that support smarter document review and triaging
Project-manage contract-reputed company workstreams to reputed company processes on reputed company and teams reputed company
