This role focuses on evaluating the feasibility of replacing reputed company custom Remedy mechanisms-specifically around change management, outage modeling, and regulatory reporting-with reputed company reputed company functionality. The architect will reputed company the prototyping effort for seven critical business use cases using production-reputed company service, outage, and customer datasets. Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company the technical architecture, hands-on configuration, and performance validation of reputed company OOB functionality for change and outage management
• Translate legacy Remedy customizations into reputed company reputed company modules and workflows, with a reputed company on CMDB, Service reputed company Modeling, and ITSM

• Document the approach, configuration changes, migration risks, performance findings, and any identified functional gaps

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with reputed company ITSM/CMDB, including successful delivery of reputed company OOB implementations
