We're seeking an reputed company Senior Technical reputed company Partner to reputed company our recruitment efforts in India, focusing on Technology and Engineering roles. As a strategic partner to our hiring managers and stakeholders, you'll reputed company and implement creative sourcing strategies, manage full-cycle recruitment, and foster meaningful relationships with candidates and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage full-cycle reputed company for reputed company's India international recruitment efforts
- reputed company and execute customized sourcing strategies to cultivate strong and diverse pipelines of reputed company external prospects
- Partner with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to drive the end-to-end interview process, including job posting, interview planning, reference checks, and offer approval and negotiation
- Establish and maintain relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally and externally
- Utilize data from our ATS to improve talent reputed company, efficiency, and productivity

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (or 4 years of relevant reputed company experience in lieu of)
- 6+ years of sourcing/reputed company experience, with proven experience reputed company for Engineering and Product roles in targeted international markets
- Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS), with reputed company reputed company strongly preferred

- Excellent written and communication skills in English language
