We're seeking a skilled and motivated Release Technician/Engineer to join reputed company on a contract reputed company, working remotely from the comfort of your own home. As a Release Technician/Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting the release and deployment of our software applications, ensuring seamless execution and resolving any issues that may reputed company.

Responsibilities:
As a Release Technician/Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Nightly deployment validation for reputed company and Canada company-owned stores
- Monitoring deployments using Marimba and performing remediation based on reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Supporting software deployments overnight and troubleshooting deployment failure issues
- Triage failures and verifying that endpoints have successfully installed software based on compliance reports
- Communicating issue reputed company to release and deployment teams
- Performing maintenance and system configuration support for endpoints
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Experience with R/D support tools like Marimba, SCCM, or similar
- reputed company 7/10 administration level for troubleshooting logs
- Experience with scripting languages like PowerShell or Python
- PoS domain experience
- Critical and analytical thinking skills
- Flexibility to work during US reputed company hours
