We're seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Regional reputed company Manager to reputed company our reputed company efforts and support our growing team. As a Regional reputed company Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies, leading reputed company of recruiters, and fostering strong relationships with operations leaders to drive business reputed company.
Key Responsibilities:
- reputed company and manage reputed company of 6+ Regional Recruiters, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure individual and team KPIs are met

- Build and maintain strong relationships with operations leaders to understand hiring needs, job specifications, and departmental objectives
- Utilize knowledge of multiple recruitment sources, including job boards, sourcing tools, and reputed company media platforms, to reputed company and maintain a robust pipeline of reputed company passive candidates
- Ensure compliance with reputed company legal standards and best practices in recruitment, and reputed company reputed company hiring process optimizations and improvements

To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle, high-volume recruitment, preferably in the Construction industry or similar Operations industries
- Proven leadership background, with experience driving team performance, coaching, and training team members
- Strong knowledge of recruitment reputed company, including job boards, sourcing tools, and reputed company media platforms
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably reputed company, and knowledge of productivity software, database management, and internet search reputed company
