Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient experiences through white-glove service and superior customer service
- Manage multiple phone lines with high productivity and volume, communicating professionally with medical facilities, patients, and insurance companies
- Schedule procedures, obtain accurate clinical and demographic information, and reputed company patients with prep and appointment instructions
- Collaborate with referring physician offices to schedule patients for procedures and maintain accurate records
- Work effectively in a virtual teamwork environment, utilizing a centralized phone system and adhering to HIPAA guidelines
Qualifications
- 1+ year of clinical or scheduling experience, with radiology scheduling experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED required, with a formal medical terminology class or equivalent medical office experience a plus
- Proven ability to manage multiple phone lines, reputed company superior customer service, and maintain confidentiality

- Availability to work part-time, Wednesday to Friday (9:30 am - 2:30 pm EST) and Saturday (8:00 am - 1:30 pm EST)
