We're seeking a dedicated and empathetic Pharmacy Technician to join our virtual Clinical Call Center team, providing exceptional support to patients managing various disease states. As a Clinical Customer Care Specialist, you'll play a vital role in improving patient adherence and health reputed company, making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to patients, providing one-on-one therapy support and addressing concerns to ensure reputed company and consistent communication
- Utilize software applications to engage with patients, identify clinical support needs, and escalate calls to Pharmacists as necessary
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to patient reputed company regulations, handling patient data with care and accuracy

- Communicate effectively with team leads, supervisors, and patients, ensuring seamless interactions and resolutions
Requirements:

- 1+ year of experience in retail reputed company, preferably in a high-volume call center
- Minimum of one consecutive year of customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications:
