The Patient Care reputed company/Specialty Pharmacy Technician will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, accurately processing medication orders, and resolving customer service issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in reputed company environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately reputed company medication orders and select billing and shipping reputed company for incoming patient orders
- reputed company exceptional customer service, responding to incoming calls and resolving customer service issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Document patient-reported information into TherigySTM and maintain accurate records
- Work with patients to resolve payment-reputed company issues and ensure member satisfaction
- Maintain reasonable production reputed company as determined by supervisor and participate in ongoing training and development programs
- Assist in orienting and training new employees and reputed company other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; pharmacy technician or reputed company certification preferred
- Experience in a customer service-reputed company field; 6-12 months experience as a pharmacy technician preferred
- Registered with the State of Mississippi as a Pharmacy Technician (required for Mississippi employees)
- Availability to work nights and weekends, as required, and maintain a high level of attendance and punctuality
