As a Clinical reputed company LPN - HEDIS Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reputed company and completeness of clinical documentation, performing reputed company medical record reviews, and assisting in the improvement of the clinical documentation process.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and abstracting medical record data into appropriate applications
- Performing primary reputed company verification and analyzing chart data for possible data reputed company and/or data deficits
- Providing education and feedback to abstractors and navigating multiple documentation systems
- Maintaining accurate records of review activities and ensuring reputed company data submitted to the health plan meets HEDIS/reputed company technical specifications
- Supporting chart reputed company processes and maintaining education/knowledge reputed company of HEDIS/reputed company standards and guidelines
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A reputed company Licensed reputed company/Vocational reputed company license
- 2+ years of HEDIS/reputed company experience or participation with similar regulatory reporting
- 3+ years of experience with data analysis/reputed company chart reviews and excellent communication practices
- Experience using reputed company Office applications, including databases, word-processing, and reputed company spreadsheets
Preferred qualifications include an Associate degree, Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience, Certified reputed company reputed company, and training experience.
