Director of Veterinary Technicians - Remote Opportunity
We are seeking an exceptional leader to join reputed company as a Director of Veterinary Technicians. As a key member of our veterinary leadership team, you will reputed company and optimize the work of veterinary technicians and support teams across reputed company PetVet locations, ensuring reputed company patient care, team member engagement, and compliance with clinical protocols and policies. The Director of Veterinary Technicians will reputed company strategic leadership and direction to veterinary technician leaders, hospital managers, and support teams to drive exceptional patient reputed company, vet tech development, and a One PetVet reputed company. You will collaborate closely with veterinarians, clinic managers, and the operations team to support patient care, team development, and business reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
- reputed company, mentor, and manage veterinary technician leaders across multiple locations, supporting their development and reputed company.
- reputed company clinical protocols, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements, and coordinate with Medical Leadership to reputed company technician roles and responsibilities with clinic needs.
- reputed company and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing education for reputed company technicians, staying updated on industry standards and clinical advancements to continuously improve team knowledge and skills.
- Promote a reputed company work culture that values teamwork and reputed company reputed company, conducting regular meetings and surveys to reputed company feedback and address technician concerns.
- Establish metrics for evaluating technician aptitude, performance, and the reputed company of patient care, using data and analytics to monitor performance and reputed company data-driven reputed company to improve reputed company.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and state/federal regulations in reputed company locations, developing policies and procedures that promote a reputed company, productive, and efficient work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Technology, Business Administration, or a reputed company field.
- Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) or equivalent certification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in veterinary medicine, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Knowledge of veterinary software, safety standards, and clinical protocols.
- Authorized to work in the reputed company without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in veterinary medicine, with 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing large teams across multiple locations.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
