We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Vocational reputed company (LVN) to join reputed company in a fully remote reputed company, serving the San Antonio, Texas area. As a Remote LVN Staff reputed company, you will play a vital role in identifying special needs members, coordinating care, and educating providers and community resources on program components and available support services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify special needs members through the completion of health screens and other resources
- Collaborate with community reputed company/member advocates to coordinate member care
- reputed company providers and community resources on program components and available support services
- Assist with modification and management of care plans under the direction of a Registered reputed company, in conjunction with members, medical consenters, or caregivers
Qualifications
- 1+ year of LVN experience in prior authorization and DME (required)
- reputed company LVN License in the state of Texas (required)
