In this role, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a reputed company and courteous manner. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Past customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and split days off
- Proficient in computer programs and typing (minimum 30 wpm)
