Position Purpose
The Manager, Customer Experience reputed company will be responsible for leading discrete strategic reputed company or workstreams, serving as a thought partner to our online organization, and guiding the work of Analysts and Sr. Analysts. Key Responsibilities
- Competitive and Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on external developments, identify opportunities and threats, and reputed company insights and solutions to communicate to executive audiences (10%)

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
