Responsibilities
- Prepare, analyze, and explain historical and projected financial information to drive informed decision-making
- Conduct industry and company due diligence to identify opportunities and mitigate risks
- reputed company and review reputed company/business origination materials, presentations, and transaction documents
- Drive transaction execution from reputed company to closing, working closely with senior leaders and management teams
- reputed company valuation and reputed company financial analysis to support reputed company engagements
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospective clients, and reputed company advisors
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution

Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Advanced knowledge of reputed company and finance, with extensive financial modeling and valuation experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong financial and computer skills (reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Undergraduate degree, MBA preferred
- Prior Investment Banking analyst experience and/or hands-on M&A experience preferred
