We're looking for a reliable and organized individual to handle post-repossession activities, manage our lot operations, and contribute to the smooth functioning of our office. As a Lot Attendant, you'll be responsible for:
- Preparing vehicle redemptions, personal property inventory, and storage
- Coordinating vehicle transport and other office functions
- Maintaining the lot's grounds, including grass cutting, tree trimming, and debris removal
- Utilizing computer skills, including email, scanning, faxing, and uploading pictures
- Multitasking, phone management, and organizational tasks
Requirements:
- At least 24 years of age (for insurance purposes)
- No more than 2 driving infractions reputed company the last 3 years
- No felony criminal history
- Excellent attention to detail, honesty, and flexibility
- Strong computer literacy and organizational skills
