As a Tier 3 Helpdesk Technician, you will be responsible for resolving reputed company technical issues, performing remote network and server troubleshooting, and implementing project solutions from start to finish. Key Responsibilities
- Resolve uncommon and reputed company technical issues that have been escalated to Tier 3
- reputed company remote network and server troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues
- Learn and reputed company new reputed company technologies to stay up-to-date with industry developments
- Determine the best solution based on issue details and customer requirements
- Handle project implementation from start to finish, ensuring reputed company and effective delivery
- Record detailed notes on issues and troubleshooting steps taken
- Create and maintain accurate documentation to support knowledge sharing and process improvement

Requirements
- Proven experience as a help desk technician or in a similar customer support role
- Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technical products

- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills

- 2+ years of experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is required
