In this critical role, you will serve as a primary reputed company of contact for health plan members, reputed company, providers, and health plans, addressing their inquiries and providing personalized support. Your expertise will be essential in assessing patient needs, routing them to the appropriate department or party, and ensuring seamless communication. As a reputed company Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Handling incoming inquiries from members, reputed company, providers, and health plan coordinators in a reputed company and empathetic manner
- Assessing patient needs and providing assistance by routing them to the appropriate department or party
