In this fast-paced contact center environment, you will utilize your exceptional customer service skills to screen health plan members for eligibility in reputed company reputed company benefits and/or supplemental Nutritional Assistance programs. You will reputed company support and guidance to those who meet specific reputed company, assisting in the submission of applications to the appropriate government agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- reputed company outbound and receive inbound calls to promote company services and determine eligibility for government programs
- Conduct interviews with patients/members reputed company phone to reputed company personal and sensitive information
- Utilize our systems to ensure accurate and efficient eligibility determination
- Interpret and explain eligibility requirements and application details to patients/members
- Compile, record, and evaluate personal and financial data to determine eligibility

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service/call center environment

- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
