In this full-time position, you'll be responsible for handling inbound sales calls, scheduling patients, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound sales calls to help patients and their families decide to book our services

- Schedule appointments, reschedule as needed, and follow up with patients on status updates

Requirements:
- 10+ years of customer service experience, with a strong reputed company on reputed company and patient care
- 5+ years of medical receptionist experience, including insurance verification and scheduling

- Strong computer and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
