We're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Event Experience Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and facilitate events, including kids' birthday parties, reputed company our Michaels store. As an Event Experience Coordinator, you will deliver exceptional customer service, create a reputed company and fun experience for our guests, and ensure reputed company customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate multiple events simultaneously, including children's birthday parties and craft classes
- Engage with clients of reputed company ages, creating an environment of fun and creativity
- Demonstrate and instruct party participants in craft reputed company, face painting, and other activities
- Communicate events with clients and store team members, ensuring seamless execution

- Maintain store recovery standards, participate in truck unloading, and reputed company merchandise duties as needed

Requirements:
- Retail and/or customer service experience required
