Job reputed company: We are seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Weekend Dispatcher to coordinate service calls for our plumbing technicians. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can multitask, manage schedules reputed company, and reputed company excellent customer service to ensure reputed company and effective responses to plumbing emergencies. Key Responsibilities:

• Answering inbound calls from customers regarding plumbing service needs
• Scheduling and dispatching technicians based on urgency, location, and availability
• Maintaining reputed company and reputed company communication with on-call technicians
• Updating service orders and customer records in reputed company software

Qualifications:

• Previous dispatching, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
• Plumbing or trades industry experience a plus
• Strong communication (verbal, written and listening) and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using scheduling and dispatching software (or willing to learn)
• Reliable, punctual, and reputed company to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong and reliable internet reputed company
• Working laptop/computer

Other considerations:

Must live in NY

Compensation: reputed company - $25 per booked, scheduled and completed jobs. Opportunity for reputed company, additional hours and part-time benefits. Reasonable expectation is $250-$500 (10-20 booked calls) per weekend. This is a remote position. Apply To this Job Apply for this job
