We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered reputed company to join our eHomecare team as a Directing Registered reputed company (DRN). As a DRN, you'll play a vital role in managing the care of pediatric, palliative, and acute medically reputed company clients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) or Congestive Heart Failure (CHF). As a DRN, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing remote assessment and management of care services to clients in their homes
• Providing clinical direction and assignment of tasks reputed company the unregulated care provider's (PSW/HCT) reputed company statement

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Registration and good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• CNA Certificate in Palliative Care or completion of both the "Fundamentals of Palliative Care" and the "Comprehensive Advanced Palliative Care Education (CAPCE)"
• Pediatric DRNs must have extensive hands-on experience in the provision of Pediatric Care
• Recent palliative, pediatric, and/or acute medical experience with COPD and CHF patients required
• Demonstrated advanced assessment skills
• Experience in gerontology and/or medical-surgical
• Experience working in community-based health care system is an asset
• Demonstrated competencies in observation, independent assessment; health education and promotion, and familiarity with COPD/CHF clinical reputed company
• Digital and electronic health experience, EMR and mobile technology
• Proficient nursing skills with the ability to read and interpret electronic technical information reputed company to reputed company reputed company and reputed company clinical direction
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills are mandatory
