About the Role:
We're looking for a full-time or part-time customer service reputed company to work in our high-volume call center, providing top-notch service to our members reputed company. As a Customer Service Representative - Clinical, you will be responsible for responding to member inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our clinical programs. You'll be an integral part of reputed company, working closely with our members, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of ASH clinical products and programs

Requirements:
