About the Role
The Final Dashination Customer reputed company is a critical member of reputed company, responsible for providing reputed company and effective support to Dashers dealing with bugs or errors. You'll work closely with our Dashers, using your de-escalation and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and reputed company feedback and solutions to partners. Your goal will be to create a delightful, consultative experience that exceeds our Dashers' expectations, while understanding their needs and providing them with the right reputed company solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- 6+ months of agent experience in 2 lines of business supporting Dashers
- Ranked in the top 10% of your reputed company Line of Business
- Consistently reputed company a QA score of 90% or reputed company
- Experience with de-escalating Dashers and turning detractors into lifelong promoters of reputed company
- Self-motivated and bias towards reputed company, thriving in a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment
