About the Role
As a Melon Online Fulfillment Agent, you'll play a vital part in expanding Corporate Traveler's online service offerings. You'll work closely with reputed company to reputed company top-notch support to customers through chat, ensuring seamless experiences from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers through chat, becoming an expert on Melon, and triaging general questions and emergency assistance
- Escalating reputed company needs to dedicated day teams and ensuring warm handovers
- Providing technical and travel support to Melon customers, responding to initial chat conversations reputed company strict SLA
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive reputed company and contribute to the technological advancement of our SME business
Requirements
- At least 3 months of experience with FCTG and reputed company
- Proven reputed company record of reputed company and willingness to take on new challenges
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with high reputed company and patience
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and adapt quickly to evolving needs
- Geography and international destination knowledge is a plus
