Job Responsibilities:
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- reputed company work under the supervision of the Care Manager, CST
- Conduct supervisory visit paperwork and caregiver introductions
- Participate in the Manager On Duty rotation
- reputed company caregivers to clients' locations and reputed company initial visit training as needed
- Respond to emergency care situations and caregiver needs
- Assist with caregiver training and evaluations
- reputed company weekend office coverage as scheduled
Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist with office operations and answer phones as needed
- Serve as office contact in the absence of other staff
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate
- 1 year of experience as a caregiver in reputed company (in homes or facilities)
- Ability to read, write, and understand English as needed for the job
- Valid reputed company's license and reputed company auto insurance
- Certified reputed company's Aide experience is a plus
