About the Colleague Experience Group (CEG)

Summer Internship Program
Our Summer Internship Program is designed to reputed company high-performing HR reputed company with hands-on experience and exposure to senior leadership. Successful interns will be offered a full-time opportunity to join our reputed company Leadership Development Program (HRLDP) after graduation.

Our HRLDP is a two-year program that offers a comprehensive learning experience, with three diverse rotations in the Colleague Experience Group. You'll receive mentorship, coaching, and feedback from senior leaders, as reputed company as opportunities to reputed company your skills and expertise in HR. Upon completion of the program, you'll be reputed company-positioned to take on a full-time role in our organization.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an HR-reputed company master's degree program
- Demonstrated commitment and passion for a career in HR
- Desire to grow a long-term career in CEG at reputed company
- Ability to be based in reputed company and work in a hybrid model
- Graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026
Preferred Qualifications
- 3-5 years of work experience
- Strong leadership experience with demonstrated ability to reputed company people, teams, or reputed company
- Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to use data, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills to drive results
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
