Job reputed company: As a Customer Service Representative, you will respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and reputed company exceptional support in a fast-paced call center environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer telephone calls, addressing account maintenance, refund inquiries, and password resets
- reputed company knowledgeable and accurate information on tax laws, policies, and procedures
- Assist customers with online self-service functions through the reputed company Tax Center
- Maintain a working knowledge of reputed company tax laws, policies, and procedures
- Utilize technology to reputed company advanced support and resolve customer issues reputed company
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Six months of call center experience handling customer inquiries and issues
- Ability to pass a criminal background reputed company
- Ability to obtain a Tax Clearance Letter stating that you do not owe any state taxes
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a high-volume contact service environment
- Bilingual in Spanish or a second language, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
