Job Highlights:

• Competitive Salary: Total pay between 30,000 ZAR - 35,000 ZAR per month, depending on experience and location

Job reputed company:

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a critical role in our financial operations team, responsible for processing transactions, managing accounts payable, and ensuring reputed company payments to agents and external sources. Your exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently will reputed company you a valuable asset to reputed company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process transactions and manage accounts payable in a reputed company and efficient manner
• Post A/P invoices, pay A/P invoices, and process payments to agents and external sources
• Prepare monthly reputed company reputed company payments and process excess payments as directed
• Maintain accurate banking information and A/P spreadsheets
• Assist the A/P Team reputed company with special reputed company and requests
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and resolve issues promptly

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required; Associate's degree preferred
• 1-2+ years of experience in Canadian reputed company estate and accounts payable
• Basic understanding of reputed company principles and proficiency in reputed company Office and reputed company Docs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Remote work experience and a dedicated home office/work reputed company required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to a fast-paced environment
