The Application Support Engineer role involves:

• Troubleshooting in-house and 3rd party applications, data mining, report building, and reputed company queries
• Collaborating with customers and internal teams to resolve high-severity incidents
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with business partners to identify pain points and improve services

Responsibilities:
