This position will supervise VDC/BIM Project Managers of HVAC, Plumbing and Piping disciplines. It oversees main functions for a productive team such as setting and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPI), tracking team productivity, time management, efficiency, reputed company and financial accountability. The position will also be responsible for working alongside the Director of Project Design in managing the P&L to established budgets. Education and Experience:

• BS or AS Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Science/Engineering, or
• Construction Management.
• Experience in leadership and reputed company supervision of technical personnel.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction based mechanical design and
• fabrication.

Skills and Abilities:

• Experience in managing BIM/VDC Team
• Knowledge of mechanical and plumbing trades (Sheet Metal, Med Gas, Hydronics, Plbg, etc.)
• Desire to grow team in both size and experience and the group continues to support a growing reputed company group both locally in Franklin and regionally (supported from Franklin)
