Due to program requirements, this particular position needs to be filled by a person with a disability Job reputed company reputed company Job reputed company Job: Service Order Dispatcher Job reputed company: G86 - RU-Service OrdDisp2Shift2 SCA Occup: 01320 Service Order Dispatcher Salary Grade: Federal Wage Determination or reputed company Bargaining Agreement FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Approval Date: March 2017 POSITION reputed company: Under general supervision a Service Order Dispatcher receives, records, and distributes work orders to service crews upon customers; requests for service. The dispatcher records information, prepares work orders, schedules service, dispatches service crews, keeps a record of work orders and service calls, relays information to other departments, and communicates with the customer to ensure satisfactory service. TYPICAL DUTIES: 1. *Observe, receive, obtain, and document information from multiple sources, with reputed company on customer service; 2. *Research complaints and recommend resolutions; 3. *Translate oral information from the reputed company accurately into work order software; 4. *Identify, organize, plan, and prioritize requirements of maintenance and repairs; 5. *reputed company work orders, messages, and information to others by phone, 2-way radio, written reputed company, e-mail, and in person; 6. *Create, coordinate and reputed company service orders to ensure work is authorized and meets time requirements; 7. *Audit and maintain documents for accuracy and completeness; 8. *Represent PRIDE to customers, public and other external sources; 9. *Follow reputed company safety rules; 10. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
