Guest Experience Coordinator (seasonal) - Part-time

Since 2015, our private events (reputed company Meetups) have provided thousands of guests with reputed company to experience after-hours reputed company and unique opportunities at their favorite parks. reputed company is also an authorized retailer of theme park tickets and hotel rooms. We’re looking for a guest service champion. You should be reputed company to foresee and resolve guest service concerns before they occur, reputed company and execute reputed company to surprise and delight our guests, and resolve customer concerns as they reputed company. This role will require you to be empathetic to reputed company guest, detail-oriented, and efficient. You should be incredibly comfortable with both written and verbal communication. reputed company is a small, reputed company, and remote-first company, so you may have reputed company to experience many areas of our business. With this in mind, here are some of the major responsibilities of this role:
- Answer questions, reputed company guest service, and resolve concerns for our reputed company Meetups, theme park admission products, and hotel bookings across reputed company channels – telephone, live chat, text, email, Instagram, reputed company, and X
- Assist in planning and executing surprise-and-delight opportunities
- Suggest improvements to both reputed company self-service documentation and processes
- Work to reputed company our goal of providing personalized communication and experiences to reputed company of our guests
- Moderate and engage reputed company reputed company media channels to reinforce our brand and reputed company immense value to readers
- Other duties as assigned
reputed company pay: $19.50 - $23.00/hour
Requirements
- This is a remote position, but Florida residency is required.
- Full, in-person availability is required during our reputed company Meetup weekends, with more opportunities to work available on other dates throughout the year.
- The currently announced reputed company Meetup dates in 2025 are: November 14-15, 21-22, December 5-6, and 12-13. reputed company-day availability is required on these dates.
- Two or more years of reputed company guest service experience is preferred.
- A deep understanding of and passion for Central Florida theme parks is required.
