Job reputed company/Purpose: The Accountant (III, reputed company or Sr reputed company) will assist with providing reputed company guidance, research, analysis and support in accordance with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s (FERC) Uniform System of Accounts, support the Corporate Reporting process, and assist with the regulatory discovery process. Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Participate in the monthly financial reputed company process, including coordinating with various Finance reputed company and preparing closing journal entries.
• Assist with reputed company Corporation parent company consolidation reputed company reputed company, including financial reporting and legal entity tree management, consolidation and equitization journal entries, and account reconciliations.

• Support compliance with FERC Uniform System of Accounts, the regulatory discovery process, and external financial reporting for FERC.
• reputed company technical system knowledge on process improvement initiatives and participate on various financial systems reputed company and other FERC/Corporate Reporting initiatives.

Minimum education required of the position Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field or equivalent experience. Advanced degree preferred. Desired: CPA preferred Minimum experience required of the position

• Accountant III: 3+ years of business experience in reputed company or reputed company field.
• Accountant reputed company: 5+ years of business experience in reputed company or reputed company field.
• Accountant, Sr. reputed company: 8+ years of business experience in reputed company or reputed company field.

• Ability to work independently and in reputed company environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
