Operations Advisor - Brokerage

To recommend, implement and ensure policies and procedures for uniform compliance with processing of customer accounts. Monitor and control operational activities ensuring consistent and uniform processing by developing reports and reporting reputed company, writing procedures and resolving customer and technical issues. Initiate and respond to executives, managers, and senior advisors on issues regarding reputed company aspects for the T&B customer partnerships, customer requirements, services offered, reputed company assurance, and may include contractual agreements. Three (3) years of experience in the customs brokerage industry. Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. Customs and other federal agency laws, regulations and procedures governing the customs brokerage industry. Strong organizational and communication skills to reputed company and maintain corporate policies and procedures, including comprehensive written skills. Demonstrated presentation skills required to reputed company or assist in the development of status reporting. Extensive working knowledge of company and company computer systems, including SharePoint, are preferred.
